Capital One Class Action Lawsuit

The Capital One Class Action lawsuit is a product of the Capital One group who have tried and failed with their other products such as the Payday Loan Modification and the Annual Percentage Rate Adjustment (APR). This time around, they are attempting to bring a Capital One lawsuit and claim that they are better suited to handle Class Action Lawsuits. On top of that, they are demanding a settlement in this lawsuit to cover costs. In their attempt to save money on processing fees, Capital One under-trained many of its customers as to what they had to do in order to process the claims that they had made. Consequently, a substantial number of cardholder’s had to file suit in order to receive what they were owed. Capital One has also been sued by some of these clients as a result of this shoddy workmanship. Thus, when they try to recoup costs that they have incurred due to this breach of contract claim, they are required by law to pursue the case through the courts.
